I’m Kula — a full-stack engineer based in Croatia, working with European teams to ship production AI: LangGraph workflows, RAG pipelines, persona-driven multi-agent systems.

I scaled an AI-powered journalism workflow used by professional newsrooms, and a procurement platform that parses RFPs at scale. I prefer small, sharp systems over sprawling stacks.

Outside client work, I run my own ecosystem on Hetzner — a Second Brain, an encrypted vault, deployments, agents talking to each other. Tools that compound, not chores that pile up.
